Reservations can be canceled up until the minute before they begin. To receive a full refund contact us via the app, website, or our self-service phone system. Once a reservation has started it can’t be canceled or refunded, but if you’re having trouble with it, please contact our Concierge service for help at (We need to get a set number).

You get paid daily! Accounts reconcile at the end of each day.

As a spot Owner you get to choose the rate you want for your spot. We will start off with a suggested price but you’re the one in control. Say there is a known high traffic time such as the 4th of July feel free to login to your account and increase your rate. If you have any questions or run into any issues making changes to the rates you want just contact our Concierge service via email or at (insert number).

Parking should be simple and that’s how we’re keeping it. There are no hidden fees of any kind. When you select a spot and put in the duration you want a price will show and that’s simply the exact price you’ll be charged.

To avoid confusion, upon creating an account, every spot starts off as fully UNAVAILABLE. So, you do have to go into the calendar section and specifically put in the dates that your space will be available. You can click directly on the dates in the calendar and set your times or to the right of the calendar you can type in date ranges and select times that way.
